Our Original Chocolate Making Workshop is our most popular chocolate workshop and is a fantastic introduction to the art of chocolate making – a deliciously fun treat, packed with decadent truffle making, demonstrations and of course lots of mouth watering chocolate. Not only will you be feasting on chocolate throughout the session but you will also leave laden with your very own handmade creations.
Kicking off with an introduction to some fascinating facts, our fabulous chocolatier will guide you through the magical world of chocolate.
Personalised Chocolate Treats
Diving into the chocolate making, you’ll be creating your very own personalised giant chocolate shape using professional dipping forks to create marbled effects and delicious decorations to create your very own unique design.
Fresh Truffle Making
After demonstrations from your theatrical chocolatier, the chocolate making and decorating continues with fresh cream truffles. You’ll be dipping and decorating your way to swish creations using dark chocolate ganache, bowls of melted chocolate and decorations such as, white chocolate flakes, honeycomb, sea salt and strawberry curls.
Goody Bags
You will leave with your very own chocolate creations, packaged up in gorgeous ribbon tied boxes.
What's Included?
All our chocolatiers have a performance based background.
Together you will learn how to make delicious ganache from fresh cream and responsibly sourced chocolate.
Express your creativity with oodles of yummy decorations such as white chocolate shards and crunchy honeycomb.
Each of our chocolatiers will choose their own marvellous creation to demonstrate, from a signature cocoa dusted truffle to our ‘I’m Losing My Marbles!’ – a chocolate wedge of fudge and truffle with a stylish marble top and spikes of white chocolate.
