The Junior Apprentice Chocolate Challenge is a competitive and creative team building activity. This fast-paced team building chocolate making workshop is based on the challenge of creating a product and packaging.
The challenge begins with a hands-on demonstration. Learn how to make delicious chocolates from slabs of homemade chocolate truffle fudge and oodles of decorations. We’ll show you professional chocolate making techniques including enrobing, marbling, drizzling and caging.
Team Building Chocolate Challenge
Time to put your skills into action! Each team receives a brief to create a chocolate product for a specific market segment. It’s a race against the clock as teams define roles and identify their market niche before diving into creating their chocolate product and packaging.
To make your masterpieces, there’ll be bowls of melted chocolate, slabs of truffle chocolate fudge and decorations including strawberry curls, white chocolate flakes, salted honeycomb and coconut shavings.
Your creative skills will be put to the test as you present your product and packaging to our chocolate judges. Marks will be given for innovation, teamwork and general chocolate making skills.
Prizes and Goody Bags
Chocolatey prizes will be awarded to the winning team and your chocolate master pieces can be taken away in ribbon-tied goody bags.
