General

How do I redeem a voucher?

  • If you have bought a voucher from us or from another site, you’ll need to provide us with the voucher details so we can get you booked in. 
  1. Click “Redeem Voucher” in the top right hand corner of our homepage and a window should pop up. 
  2. You’ll then need to select the workshop which relates to your voucher and select the date on which you would like to book.
  3. Then select the number of people covered by your voucher with the “Single Adult (With Voucher)” option.
  4. Select the third party reseller you bought your voucher from with the drop down menu and enter the codes requested.
  5. Enter your personal details and then you should be able to confirm your booking.
  6. If there are any issues we will contact you before your workshop date.
  • If you have any issues getting booked in then please get in contact with us and we can sort everything out.

What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If you want to reschedule your workshop within 21 days of the event, then we will add a rebooking fee of £15 pp to cover staffing and ingredient costs.

Also, if your event is less than 14 days away and you want to cancel please contact us directly.

What’s included in the experience?

Workshop content varies by session, but you can expect a blend of humour, chocolate insights, and hands-on fun. Enjoy snacking on your chocolates, get creative with melted chocolate and toppings, and get stuck into a lively, collaborative atmosphere. Do I need to bring anything to the class?

Nope! Just yourself and clothes you don’t mind getting a bit chocolatey. We provide aprons, but short sleeves or roll-up sleeves are a good idea.

I’ve got dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan, gluten-free). Can I still come?

Absolutely! We cater to most dietary restrictions. Just note your preferences when booking, and contact us if you need details on substitutions.

What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

For changes within 21 days of your class, there’s a £15 fee per person to cover costs. You can get a full refund up to 14 days after booking; no refunds are available after 14 days. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.

How long is the experience?

It varies by workshop and class size. Generally, classes last between 1 and 2.5 hours. Check the specific workshop page for details.

Is there parking or public transport nearby?

Public on-street parking is available, though spaces aren't guaranteed. We’re a convenient 2-minute walk from Hoxton Station, 5 minutes from Shoreditch High Street and Old Street, and about 15 minutes from Liverpool Street. The Shoreditch Church bus stop is also just 2 minutes away.

Are there any bars or restaurants nearby that you recommend?

We’re in the heart of thriving Shoreditch, with lots of great places to eat and drink. Our favourites are TT Liquor, Music & Beans, Busaba, and Sông Quê Café. For more local tips, feel free to ask your chocolatier or contact us directly.

Do you offer virtual workshops?

Yes we do! If that is something you're after then let our team know and we'd be happy to give you all the details.

Can I book a private class for a group?

Of course! We’d be thrilled to help you plan your ideal private class and offer plenty of ways to make it extra special. We have a minimum spend for booking our studio, so please fill out our contact form, and we’ll reach out to chat in more detail.

How early should I arrive before class starts?

We don’t have a waiting area, so we kindly ask that you don’t arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before we start.

Is this activity suitable for a hen party?

For sure! Our chocolate workshops are perfect for hen parties and have been a hit with many. We offer several classes that include alcohol, and you can pre-order or buy drinks during the workshop. Contact us to discuss whether a public workshop or a private class would be best for your celebration.

Is this activity suitable for team building?

Yes! Our workshops are perfect for team building. We’ve hosted events for major clients and can tailor activities to your needs. Our day packages and Apprentice Chocolate Challenge are especially effective for team bonding.

Is this activity suitable for corporate entertainment?

Sure is. Who doesn’t love chocolate? We’ve been doing this for 20 years and can guarantee your team will leave with smiles as well as their delicious handmade chocolate. Contact us to discuss creating the perfect workshop or day package for your team.

What’s the maximum group size you have the capacity for?

Our Shoreditch venue can hold up to 36 seated guests for most workshops and our Manchester workshop sits a maximum of 20. If you require more space then we would be happy to talk about booking an external venue for you, just let us know.

Kids

Are there age restrictions for the class?

Age restrictions vary by workshop. For classes with alcohol, participants must be 18 and over. Most other classes require participants to be at least 8 years old, though some, like the Shoreditch Challenge and Kids Classes, may allow younger ages with adult supervision. Contact us if you’re unsure before booking.

Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For public classes, accompanying adults need to pay to take part in the experience alongside their child.

Do you cater for children’s birthday parties?

Yes, we do! For children’s birthday parties, we require at least one adult for every five children to be present (though the adult doesn’t need to take part). If you're looking for something specific, chat with us about your requirements, and we’ll be happy to create a bespoke package that works for you.
